Check screen area and deck count, condition of screen media and frames, motor/drive and gearbox condition, structural welds/cracks, vibration bearings and isolation springs, production capacity and maintenance records. Ask for a running demo if possible.

Confirm overall dimensions and weight, determine if partial disassembly is needed, plan for lifting points and skids, choose a heavy‑equipment carrier (lowboy/flatbed) and permits for oversize loads, and insure the shipment.

Daily checks of screen tension, wear panels and deck fasteners; monitor bearings, springs and motor vibration; regular lubrication, bolt torque and alignment checks; and timely replacement of worn screen media and bearings per hours or wear signs.
