The machine has a blade with Ø296 mm and a tiltable meat slide and grinding unit.
The specially hardened, chrome-plated circular blade reaches a speed of 280 rpm and can be infinitely adjusted in the cutting thickness range 0-14 mm via the side rotating part.
The built-in sharpening unit allows the blade to be sharpened quickly and easily without dismantling the machine.
