Equipped with 4" OD horizontal metering screw with 1 Hp motor drive that eliminates vacuum dearation to 4 OD" vertical pre-compression screw with 5 Hp motor drive, that compresses product for more uniformity prior to feeding into the 4" OD x 10" long face cored product compaction rollers with 7.5 Hp motor drive and bulk densities of feed from 10 to 100 lbs per cubic foot and roll force of 17.5 KN/cm with roll gap range of 1mm to 6mm.horizontal screws, variable frequency speed controls with start and stop push buttons and e-stop.
