Description
One reconditioned Contherm 6"x11 surface scraped heat exchanger with center positioned rotor and flushed mechanical seals. Rotor with staggered pins with 14 blades, rotor diameter: 76 mm. In-board product head with 2" threaded media connections. Product cylinder made of Nickel with plain media annulus. The plain annulus is used for expansion refrigerants such as ammonia and Freon. Expansion refrigerants normally use flooded systems. The inside surface of the cylinder is plated with chrome for wear protection.
Application: Dairy- and beverage products, soups and fluids.
Drive: SEW-EURODRIVE gear motor: 50 Hz, V: 230/400 V, 9,2 kW. Motor/gear rpm: 1470/350
Product site: Maximum allowable pressure: 20,7 bar at 170 deg. Celsius.
