For smaller filling quantities, the semi-automatic capping machine, which is modularly expandable, may be of interest.
The basic machine is the rotary cap screwdriver, which screws the manually fitted caps onto the bottle and transfers them to a turntable or conveyor belt.
With a higher level of automation, the lids are automatically placed on the bottles and then screwed onto the rotary table. In this version, the lids must be pre-arranged in an exchangeable container.
In the version with a cap sorter, the caps can be poured into a tank without sorting, in which the sorting system ensures that the caps are placed on the bottles in the correct direction.
