RPM Robotic Packaging, Model TL4, Compact, robotic top loading carton loader, inspects, collates and loads wrapped or bagged products into cartons cases or flighted infeeds. Rated up to 450 products or 60 cases or cartons per minute – depending on materials and application. Maximum case size: 30" in Length; 11" in Width; 14" in Height. Product infeed accepts randomly spaced product and rejects them if they are out of specification. Servo-driven collator indexes on demand and cantilevered design allows the TL4 to be incorporated into existing packaging lines without modifying conveyors and has proprietary RPM-designed (2) axis robot with 20-pound payload and Tool-less changeover in a matter of minutes. Control panel has start, stop, reset and brake release push button controls with e-stop and has HMI display and statis light bar. Mounted on heavy duty frame with safety guarding.
