The E5080B ENA vector network analyzer provides comprehensive device characterization of passive components, amplifiers, mixers, and inverters. You can perform even more tests with an all-in-one analyzer that incorporates features such as a DC power supply, bias T-connector, pulse generator, pulse modulator, and internal second power supply. Gain insight with applications such as spectrum analysis, mixer measurements, and noise figure measurements. Choose from 2-port or 4-port options covering the frequency range from 9 kHz to 20 GHz or the high frequency range from 100 kHz to 53 GHz.
