Cooling, marking, decoring, sawing, milling, deburring or other machining – the precise and fast processing of castings with Mössner special machines involve complex and highly automated processes. The highly automated Mössner post-cast processing systems enable all the necessary sub-processes of casting processing in one machine system.
Thus, in addition to the separation of casting systems – casting fettling and the production of clamping and machining surfaces, workpiece recognition and workpiece transport is reliably solved. The separation and disposal of recycling material and the final handover of tested components can also be organised centrally. The systems are designed either as compact, sound-proofed cells or as transfer lines.
