This device is operated by adopting with color touch screen, programmable controller and inverter, characterized with easy operation, full function and high control precision, which is used for the hot melting and spraying, coating of 5 gallons PUR barrel glue, applicable to the vast types of gluing and bonding production processes, the device is widely used in the production assembly in many industries such as printing, packing, auto, garment, shoe making, electronic, furniture and so on.

This device is assembled by adopting the imported components and parts, 485 bus control, touch screen operation, total Chinese interface, be equipped with the clocked power-on function, energy saving standby function. The hot melt temperature and glue feeding speed is adjustable, own perfect alarming function, double temperature protection, the programmable 2 points input, 2 point output connection signal are provided. The surface of disk is Teflon treated, the sealing circle of melt glue disk is adopted with the American Dupont full fluoro carbon rubber as material, with the maximum high temperature resistance up to 300℃, featured with high temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance, which can prevent the bonding of any material, making it easy to wash.

Four universal wheel is installed below the machine, which making the device convenient for moving.

1. Progressive heating melting

The heating disc locates on the upper of the glue, when heat the heating disc, only the top layer of the glue barrel contact the heating disc, it will melt when the melting point is reached, while the lower part of the glue barrel will not melt now, the melting quantity can be adjusted through the production demand.

2. Isolation of glue and air during hot melting process

There is O shape ring sealing between the circle of heating disc and the internal circle of glue barrel, making the melt liquid glue do not contact the air, this solve the problem of PUR and other bonding agent should not contact the air during melting process;

　

3. Coating Teflon protective layer

The Teflon coating is coated on the surface of heating disc, prevent carbonizing, to ensure high quality glue, and reduce blocking;

　　

4. Gradeless adjusting glue amount output

The prevision gear pump operating control motor adopt gradeless inverter for speed adjusting, it can control output precisely.

　　

5. Main motor operation humanization

When the temperature of the heating disc have not reached the temperature of temperature controlling meter, the main motor will not operate, this setting solve the wrong operation of the operator.

　　

6. Signal indication of heating disk reach bottom

There is travel switch installed below the main cylinder. When the heating disc reach the bottom of the barrel, there is signal in the travel switch, the signal lamp will display yellow.
