The Talsa Model K200nb Standard Electronic Industrial Bowl Cutter is designed for use in large slaughterhouses and industrial meat processors for the production of sausage hash of all kinds. They are also suitable for chopping a wide range of poultry, fish, pastry, vegetable, cheese, dairy and many other commodities in the food processing/ industrial sector to create end products such as salsa, humus, butter, fruit paste, cream cheese and even scrambled eggs.
