Description

The Talsa Model Mix 65SP Suprem Vertical Mixer is a universal mixer with a 65 liter (17 gal.) bowl capacity specially designed for meat and usable for many other applications. The classical design of the vertical mixer emulates the turning of human hands and arms. With the Talsa Model Mix 65SP Suprem Vertical Mixer a powerful "double spoon" paddle performs dual mixing at each turn moving the dough up and down simulating the manual human process of stirring and churning. This "SP" Model features 2 separate motors, one to turn the paddle and another to turn the bowl. The diagonal "attack angle" of the Talsa Model Mix 65SP Suprem Vertical Mixer's mixing paddle hardly squeezes the dough against the bowl, but rather mixes it gently with the same smooth dough. This newly developed optimized "attack angle" of the mixing paddle was designed in collaboration with the fluids department at the Polytechnic University of Valencia. The central bowl column of the Talsa Model Mix 65SP Suprem Vertical Mixer acts as a divider homogenizing the dough to an even greater extent. Also, the new bowl scraper removes possible adhesions on the side like spices, food particles, etc. returning it to the mixing zone, unifying all parts of the mixture and the paddle is very easy to clean, without the need to disassemble. All these aspects and features of the Talsa Model Mix 65SP Suprem Vertical Mixer make it the perfect traditional mixing machine that the meat and food sector demands.
