Description
1450 4-H aluminum foil semi-finishing mill is designed to roll the incoming aluminum sheet of width 1300 mm and thickness 0.15 mm down to the aluminum foil of width 1300 mm and thickness over 0.012mm or 0.006mm x 2 after several passes.
Aluminium foil is widely used not only as the best packing material of food, drink, tea, cigarette, medicine and cosmetic but as the important material for manufacturing condenser, cables, architectural decoration, spinning, vehicle, ship and aviation etc.
The 4-H Mill is the main body of the foil mill, consisting of housing, stand convex block, work roll set, back-up roll set, push-up device, top back-up roll balancing device, pass line adjusting device, fume extraction hood, scrap car and oil-collecting slot etc.
The operating course of aluminium foil semi-finishing mill is as follows: The stock to be rolled will be lifted to the entry coil support and then transferred to the payoff reel by the coil car and clamped. After unwinded by the payoff reel and passing through entry deflector roller, entry bridle roller, and work roll rolling, exit bridle roller and ironing roller, it will finally reach the recoiler to be coiled. After completion of coiling, it will be transferred to the exit coil rack with the coil car. The spool can be unloaded from the payoff reel by the spool lifting device. The spool goes underneath the mill to the recoiler side, and the spool lifting device carries it the recoiler so that the rolling of one pass is completed.
