Arpac Model HC37, horizontal, continuous motion, servo driven, flow thru shrink wrapper and bottom lap sealer rated from 0 to 90 linear feet and 0 to 80 packages per minute – depending on materials, application and product stability. Product size range: 3-1/2" to per application in Length; up to 16" in Width; up to 7-1/2" horizontal jaws and up to 12" vertical jaws in Height. Equipped with 245" long Lugged servo driven in feed conveyor with 1/2" wide x 1" high lugs set on 16" centers with adjustable guide rails into the flow wrapper forming plow, with 19" long 9-1/2" wide vacuum conveyor pulling film and product to 32" long x 9-1/2" wide neophreme belt conveyor thru the 17" wide interchangeable horizontal or vertical cross seal jaws and overlapping bottom film static lap seal to the discharge. Centerfold film maximum width up to 37" and film roll maximum OD up to 14" and has 38" long servo driven film rolls with perf wheels.
