Equipped with (3) Sani-Fab 32" OD x 56" straight wall, 200 gallon stainless steel single wall tanks (1) for caustic, (1) for acid and (1) for rinse all have flat tops with manways and flip up covers, top return ports and top mounted agitation. Slant side bottoms with end bottom discharges and 9" ID x 60" long single tube heat exchanger. System has all stainless steel piping and sanitary couplings, with flow rate and pressure control valves. Control Panel has A/B PLC and A/B touch pad controls with panel view, e-stop and status light. Mounted on (8) leg stainless steel frame.
