This machine is a dedicated packing device used for products such as certificate of honor, comic book, document bag, envelope, brochure notebook and other heterogeneous product. This machine has functions such as folding, bag making, counting, trimming, gilding, labeling, sticking adhesive label, bagging, hot sealing and cutting and so on.
The overall operation is controlled by a modem motion module controller with a multi-axis servo PLC system. This allows the PLC to memorize specifications and size data, making data adjustments easy and convenient. The structure is simple and reasonable, ensuring accurate and fast positioning, with automatic conveying and counting of finished products.
