PRE-PRESSING : to increase production per cycle and bale size. No cutting knife to sharpen. Bales are heavier and more compacted for better storing.

HYDRAULIC UNIT : compact, on the rear of the baler. A block contains all valves and pipes.

AXIAL DISPLACEMENT PISTON PUMP, mounted outside of the tank: low noise, short adjustment time, service friendly, high speed, 100% torque transfer.

CARTRIDGES : the distribution block control the most important movements: oil temperature remains lower, no pressure surges.

PRE PRESS FLAP and PRESS RAM can move simultaneously, so saving time

INCREASED EFFICIENCY : little pressure loss + lower energy consumption + higher capacity.

OPTIONAL OIL COOLING SYSTEM : a thermostat will control oil temperature and automatically activate the cooler.

OIL TEMPERATURE and OIL LEVEL are controlled: the baler will turn off if the thresholds are reached.

WEAR and TEAR on SEALS is reduced and possible prevented by the ball joint which fastens the cylinders

A SIEMENS S7 1200 touch screen panel controls the machine and all of its automatic functions (the machine can always be used in manual mode)
