The OZEN Polyethylene Line is a comprehensive material processing machine designed for external sandblasting and coating of pipes. This used line is equipped with an external sandblasting system, paint cabinet and oven, extruder, and cooling section. It handles pipe diameters ranging from Ø400 to Ø3048 mm, with lengths between 6 to 12 meters and thicknesses from 4 to 25 mm.

The sandblasting process involves moving the pipe on a conveyor into a cabin where a turbine projects abrasives onto the pipe's surface. Spent abrasives are collected, elevated, and recycled back into the system, ensuring efficient use of materials. The system is designed to smoothly transition the sandblasted pipe onto an exit conveyor and further to a stand via mechanized arms, facilitating a streamlined operation.

This equipment is ideal for applications requiring robust surface preparation and coating processes, such as in pipeline construction and maintenance. Although the machine is categorized as used, it stands as a special production item that has never been operationally utilized, ensuring excellent condition and performance capabilities.
