Description
was built in 2005 in Germany by GILDEMEISTER Drehmaschinen GmbH. The machine is used for precise, multi-axis machining of workpieces with complex geometries. To increase overall production efficiency, a combination of two spindles and two 12-position turrets with excellent technical specifications are used inside the large working area. Both spindles feature a C-axis with a high indexing accuracy of ± 0.002 mm, which facilitates complex machining operations that require precise positioning of the workpiece. All this is complemented by an intelligent SIEMENS CNC control with an intuitive interface. The
