RBC - Shot blast machine with Diabolo rollers in Villa Cortese, Lombardy, Italy

Machine for automatic shot blast of outside surface of gas bottles and cylindrical bodies (pipes and bars).
The removal of oxide, calamine and paint (in case of gas bottles to be reconditioned) is done by metallic shot thrown by centrifugal wheels patented by OMSG.
The work-pieces turn and progress at the same time, with a helical continuous movement, exposing the entire surface to the shot flow thrown by the OMSG patented wheels.
Different types of shot blasting machine with Diabolo rollers are available, having variable number of blast wheels and installed powers, depending on the production requirements of the customer.
All the wear parts are made of special wear resistant material.
