Description
The Urschel RA dicing machine, considered the industry standard relish-dicer, for 3-dimensional fine dicing machine for a wide range of small to intermediate size dices and strip cuts for a variety of products such as pickle relish, salsa, fruits, vegetables, cheese, processed meats & nuts, citrus peel, green peppers, pineapple, and for dicing ice-cream ingredients such as cookies and candies. Maximum product input size of 3.5 inches (88.9mm) in any direction. Three cutting dimensions.
Slice thickness: 1/16 to 3/8 inch (1.6 to 9.5mm) -- knob adjustable.
Circular knife cuts: 1/8 to 1 inch (3.2 to 25.4mm) -- knives & spacers.
Crosscut knife cuts: 0.05 to 3 inch (1.3 to 76.2mm)
