W12 Series 4 Rolls Hydraulic Plate Rolling Machine
Useful length is from 1000mm to 6000mm. Thickness is from 2 to 100mm. With our 4 rolls plate rolling machine, plate can be bent on both sides without return. Full automatic control can be realized by PLC, there’s no need for additional processing steps for bending the ends. Quality certificate such as CE and ISO9001.
Four roll machines provide quick and precise bends by securely holding the plate between top and bottom rolls while the side rolls move vertically to create the bend. The bottom roll moves up to securely grip the plate edge against the top roll, while the side roll rises to form an accurate pre-bend, reducing the flat zone on the plate edge. Unlike double pinch three roll machines, there's no need to tilt plates down during feeding for prebending. Plate feeding can be done on either side of four roll machine, offering flexibility in positioning, even against a wall to save space.
