The castings are made of high-grade low-phosphorus and low-sulfur cast iron raw materials. The bed, workbench, wire conveyor, and wire rack columns are all subjected to secondary artificial aging and natural aging treatment, which greatly reduces the deformation coefficient of the machine tool, making its structure stable and the overall accuracy retention very good.
The guide rails are all made of GCr15A high-quality bearing steel. After multiple rigorous heat treatment processes, the organizational structure is stable, and the quenching hardness is between HRC54 and 58, ensuring the accuracy and wear resistance of the guide rails
The workbench drag plate and the wire conveyor support plate are respectively made of high-precision ball screws produced by well-known manufacturers, with low friction, high precision, stable wire conveyor, strong wear resistance, good accuracy retention, and long service life. It is driven by a five-phase ten-beat BF reactive stepper motor, with large torque, small step distance, not easy to lose step, and high cutting positioning accuracy.
The wire barrel is made of seamless alloy steel pipe, glass fiber reinforced plastic cover plate with advanced insulation and 40Cr alloy steel spindle, dynamic balance (unbalance torque ≤ ), hard inscription on the surface, double-sided SKF double bearing assembly, strong wear resistance and corrosion resistance, small unbalance torque, and good conductive insulation. The transmission part adopts synchronous gear and toothed belt transmission, and the wire movement is stable and the noise is low.
The AC contactor and relay of the key part of the machine tool electrical appliance adopt Siemens and Omron brands to ensure the low failure rate of the machine tool.
The proximity commutation system realizes flexible commutation to avoid the wear of mechanical commutation, improve reliability and service life
The unique insulation assembly design enables the machine tool to maintain a very high insulation degree in harsh working environment, ensuring the stable operation of the machine tool.
The manual oiling device ensures the lubrication performance of moving parts such as screw rods, nuts, guide rails, etc., reduces mechanical wear and extends the service life of the machine tool.
