The Tecan Infinite M Nano Plus is a dual-mode microplate reader with highly sensitive quad4 monochromator optics. It provides both absorbance and top and bottom fluorescence. This Tecan plate reader is a monochromator-based system with no need for filters, allowing users to measure from 230 to 1000nm in 1 nm steps. Using monochromators for both read modes makes this Tecan plate reader ideal for applications such as genomic workflows, absorbance-based DNA and RNA checks, protein quantification, and more. These monochromators minimize stray light and are flexible, achieving sensitivity levels close to filter-based systems.
The Tecan Infinite Plate Reader can read a variety of microplates, from 6 to 384-well plates, along with PCR plates. Magellan software drives the Tecan Infinite Plate Reader, which guides users through creating a run from start to finish.
