Secure joints and arm positions, remove or brace delicate end-effectors, disconnect and label cables, use a certified crate or frame with vibration protection, work with experienced riggers and provide required export/import documents.

Follow manufacturer schedules: inspect and lubricate gearboxes and bearings, check encoder and cable integrity, verify safety stops and limits, update controller backups and firmware, perform periodic calibration and replace worn components as needed.
